Who we are
Market Arc Advisory ("Market Arc", "we") is an AI-native growth advisory based in Texas, United States. Beacon is Market Arc's proprietary AI visibility intelligence platform.
What we collect
- Contact details you provide through forms: name, work email, company, website, role and any message.
- Beacon scan data: the website address you submit, publicly available signals we read from that site, and the resulting scores, findings and report.
- Attribution data: referrer, campaign parameters (UTM), landing page and timestamps of first and last visit, used to understand how you found us.
- Usage events such as scans started, reports unlocked and forms submitted.
How we use it
- To run Beacon scans and provide your report, including comparing future scans to earlier ones.
- To respond to your enquiries and, where you have asked, to arrange a strategy conversation.
- To send The Arc newsletter or resources you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To improve Beacon's methodology in aggregate.
Beacon results
Beacon results are analytical guidance based on observable signals. They are not a guarantee of AI ranking, citation or recommendation. Where a measurement provider is not connected, values are labelled as demo data.
Sharing
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email and AI model providers) to operate the service under contract. We do not sell personal information. Future CRM or calendar integrations will process data on our behalf under equivalent terms.
Retention and your rights
We retain lead and scan records while they are useful for the purposes above. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by contacting us through the contact page.
Security
Access to personal data is restricted to authenticated administrators. Credentials for third-party services are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
